I will attempt to fill you in about what I know about Cop Shop actor Bill Stalker. (Much of my information is from memory, so do not quote me as an authorised source!).
Bill was born in New Zealand and went on to act in the Austalian drama series, "Skyways". After Skyways finished, Bill reprised the role of Detective Peter Fanelli in "Cop Shop".
A number of years ago, sadly, Bill passed away after a motorcycle accident.
